How many more problems?
This is my 3rd pair of boots from Hudson. The 2nd and 3rd pair were both Christmas presents and have had to be replaced. The pair I got in 2021 started staining my heels black. The pair I just received 2022 has a faulty insole and they're unwearable.
I loved my first pair so much that I trusted they were quality boots. I'm rethinking this now. My replacement 2021 now leak when it's raining but I can't fault the customer service they sent me a new pair when I showed pictures of my stained skin. My newest pair however, needs to be returned. This process has been very difficult and I can't find someone to actually talk to for help. So so disappointed.

Low quality of shoes
Low quality of shoes at this price level. I bought the boots for the first time back in 2020 and had to send them back as they got apart. I got then a second pair and the very same happened again. Quite shame as I like its design and they feel comfy. Fortunately, I bought both pairs via zalando thus didn't have to face the company customer service (as per bad lot's of bas reviews)

No Sole - avoid
Avoid - This is a company with no sole
I purchased a pair of boots where it clearly stated on the website that it is eligible for free returns
But there was no free returns label provided - and in the website there is no means to obtain one
They don’t answer phones as they have tech issues - yeah right
And they don’t respond to messages
All this money grabbing company wants is a sale and then prevent avenues to return so that sales remain final
What they don’t grasp is that they will lose repeat business as well as new business
Because Manure stink spreads

Don’t they realise some customers have ties to the media
Sneaky shipping charge
Ordered boots and the website showed £0.00 for shipping.
When I went to pay £9.99 had been included for shipping and handling.
I will never use this company again

Shoes never arrived!!
Refunded me for shoes ordered said I had rejected delivery (not true) then didn’t refund delivery charge until chased twice! Shoes now out of stock with no explanation or help… suspect they were never sent!
Appalling service.

Avoid ordering online
Low score primarily for using the worst possible courier service which made it virtually impossible to return shoes which did not fit. Plus, they charge for returns.

Bought two pairs of trainers one black one white had to buy superglew restick the heels after one month
Same problem with heels,but nobody Has the decency to reply to your emails, So I have stopped buying Hudson's shoes and now I've gone over to reiker
Far better quality.

Very pleased with the service
Very pleased with the service.
I was worried about returning my shoes as the delivery company will only cover £50 if the item was lost or damaged on it's way back. I spoke to a young lady who reassured me and answered all the questions I had about the returns policy, very quick and helpful.

Do not order. No customer service.
Don’t be fooled by the modern website. This company seems to be operating out of a bedroom and when you call their “customer service” number it goes straight to a mobile phone voicemail. I ordered 2 lots of the same order by mistake and was unable to cancel nor return the package so am having to go via my bank to request a refund. Awful

the return process is a nightmare
the return process is a nightmare. i live in germany and need to pay almost half the amount to return shoes which do not fit. every other retailer offers free returns!! so they sent me a DHL express sticker and the German post will not accept it because of customs! so now I am stuck with shoes for 120 euro which I can not wear and also can not return!

I’ve bought several pairs of shoes from this company and the quality has definitely gone down hill. The leather soles shoes wear out after 4-5 months and the uppers are made from very thin leather that generally rips from the sole. An annoying thing is that the shoes on the website look a lot better that they do in the flesh. I’ve a pair of chukka boots at the moment, while I’m happy enough with them they don’t have that worn in shiny suede that was evident in the website. They’re not value for money or long term serviceable shoes
New brogues a pleasure to wear
I recently purchased a new pair of black brogues from Hudsons shoes. Having worn out my last pair, which I'd also bought from Hudsons two years previous I was a little concerned that they would take a while to break in. To my delight they have been a pleasure to wear from day one and bearing in mind the hot weather, they haven't bothered me at all. Thank you Hudson. A great product at an excellent price!

Was really excited about getting the pewter shiny boots but was disappointed. The inside soles has these weird raised bits on both feet that were uncomfortable. As the shoes were also too small I just gave up and returned for that reason. I got an email to say the refund was processed but when I checked my bank weeks later it never came through. Had to chase it up to get the refund. Shady.

Never again!
After buy first pair 5years ago I was kind of happy with them,
And I still have them and surprisingly they still looking good!
But the nightmare started last year,
Bought 4 pairs in one year and guess what? All of them sent back!
What's wrong with you Hudson way they so Shi...t quality?
